Flower Vases

Flower Vases
6.5" x 8" Watercolor on paper
Ok, I have to admit, I'm not so sure about this one. It's just that it's the first time I attempt to paint metal... I think. I couldn't resist painting the shiny surface of the brass vases, and have to admit, it was fun!

Theresa,
This is beautiful. I like the soft feel it has. Great use of complimentary colors.

I've visited your site often...thought it was time I left a comment. Very well done. I look forward to seeing more.

Mmmm, I love it--the glow, the whites on the vases, and the composition: it's beautiful!

What a lovely composition. I like how the vases all have a similar shape. And the shadows provide an interesting shape as well.

Hi Theresa,

I really like the varied sizes of the pots and all the coloring in the vases. Nice touch to separate one from the rest. :-)
