Chateau de Tannay by Theresa Miller

Chateay de Tannay
5.5" x 12 Watercolor on paper
So, my friend suggested that I might want to venture into cityscapes... here is my first installment! Chateau de Tannay is just a five minute walk from my house, a lovely place to go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I hope you like it!

Theresa, what a successful first painting of cityscapes. I wish I were there! I hadn't checked in for a few days. I also love your brass vases. Beautiful work.

Very nice, Theresa! I like how you have suggested the roof on the far building - and the colors are really peaceful! I have tagged you in my blog post for tomorrow. Please check it out so that you too can "play". :-)

Very nice, i like the somewhat unusual long vertical format with the empty space in the fg leading to the houses.
Very successful first attempt!
