This is also a beautiful piece, Theresa. I forgot...where are you moving too? I would so miss the glorious views of your current place. I hope you are going to someplace just as gorgeous!

Theresa, I am sure you will miss living in such beautiful place. It's wonderful that you have painted much of the countryside and towns to help you remember the beauty and your love of these places.

I've been traveling tons and hardly have had time to visit my blog friends. I love your roses and the peonies. The rich, wash backgrounds are such a lovely complement to the defined shapes of the flowers.

Au revoir and welcome to the USA. i love both of these recent works from Switzerland. The harvest reminds me of a scene in the Dordogne in France -- those lush round bales of hay add such character.
