Apple Blossoms

Apple Blossoms 6" x 6"

Watercolor on Arches paper

Our old apple tree in the backyard is blooming again and it looks content in the sun. I can smell the beautiful aroma of the delicate flowers and the bees seem to like them, too. Last year we had a bumper crop: nearly 50 apples that were made into apple sauce, compote and pies. I froze everything that we could not immediately consume but they are all gone by now. So, I'm counting on this year's crop to be a good one, again!

I hope you like the small painting of my backyard apple blossoms. Have a great day!
